Our darling little sister child has developed quite the spirited personality. I’m not sure if this is just classic youngest child syndrome, meaning she’s treated like a typical youngest, or if it’s just her fiery personality. Either way, being her mother thus far has been such a blessing….and learning experience. She’s brightened all our lives and connected our blended family together as a little piece of all of us made this beautiful little girl.
She’s got Mama’s dimples.
She’s got Daddy’s big brown eyes.
She’s got Madison’s curly cue locks.
She’s got Andria’s adorable little button nose.
She’s got Collin’s friendly demeanor.
She’s got Aiden’s determination.
With both of the boys back in school, I can’t help but fast forward a bit to just a couple short years from now when she will be entering her first day of preschool. My heart cries a little inside, but it also swells with pride. That weird mama conundrum I feel every time one of my kids tackles their next steps in life.
Right now though? She’s still in diapers and still needs me for everything. I keep her bum dry and secure with Pampers Cruisers.
