Best Fitness Apps to Get You Moving

One way that I like to get daily activity in is with a fitness app. I have several that I refer to when I’m looking to switch things up or get motivated to move. As a self-proclaimed app junkie, I’ve experimented with my fair share of fitness apps. I’ve weeded through the mediocre ones and today I’m sharing my list of best fitness apps to help motivate you to get moving at least once daily. For the woman who is short on time, I’ve got a seven minute workout app for you and for the mom who needs daily peace, I’ve got a fabulous yoga app on my list. Grab a glass of lemon water and your phone while you read through this list because you’ll want to download at least one of these for your next workout!

Seven Minute Workouts is pretty self-explanatory. This is an app that has several short workouts to help you just get moving everyday. Seven minutes is eons better than zero minutes. These vary in intensity and there is absolutely something for everyone’s schedule in this nifty tool.

Blogilaties is a blogger turned fitness guru who I’m totally obsessed with. She creates and shares a monthly workout calendar via this app. It’s easy to follow, great for women, and the perfect app to help get you on a regular schedule if you’re ready to make a lifestyle change, but need some guidance. This is my favorite app out of today’s line up because it allows me to look forward to a new workout everyday that I know I can handle.

Zova is a video fitness app with loads of tutorials you can save in your favorites for easy reference. The workouts vary from easy to intense and easy which is perfect for people just beginning their journey, like me.

To help you get moving at least 30 minutes everyday, Human is an app that helps you track exactly that. It communicates with other apps to track your fitness levels everyday and tries to help ensure you meet at least 30 minutes daily to help you boost metabolism, lose weight, and be your healthiest you.

With a blended family to raise, I know just how crazy a mom’s schedule can get. But with these helpful apps, I’ve been able to ensure I’m moving and exercising at least 3-4 times weekly.
