Glitter. It runs through my veins much to my husband’s dismay. After I created this sparkly project, I meticulously cleaned up after myself, but he still found glitter. He hates the stuff. I need it to live. And I really needed to add some glittery bedazzlement (is that a word?) to my special ice cream tumbler. I mean, can I really truly enjoy ice cream without it being in a glitter cup? I just don’t think so.

I simply unscrewed the bottom and removed the paper placeholder photo.

Next I filled it with lots of lots of fun glitter!

And then I added some water.

And screwed the bottom back on.

Shake, shake, shake that glitter up!

Now, if you ask me, the best thing to do with an empty tumbler is to fill it to the top with DREYER’S Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. My kids think I’m totally whacked, but I swear ice cream tastes better in a cup. And bonus, carrying it in an insulated tumbler like this one makes it travel friendly for summer picnics.

Living in the desert, ice cream is practically our religion. It’s a tasty excuse to help us stay cool. And here at Casa de Sosa, it’s not summer until we’ve all sat on the front porch, melted ice cream dripping down our arms and onto the dirt below. In our home, it brings us together, which means mama is extra choosy about what ice cream to buy.

DREYER’S has always been our trusted family brand that’s proudly made with fresh milk and cream with no milk production hormone. It also contains no artificial colors or flavors. Just pure ice creamy goodness! Plus, they feature flavors inspired by my favorite candies like Nestlé Butterfinger® Peanut Butter Cups and Baby Ruth®. But trust me on this, friends: load up a tall tumbler withNestlé Butterfinger® Peanut Butter Cups flavor. Do it. Do it and thank me later.
