Staying motivated while on my weight loss journey is one of my biggest struggles. While I’ve found several ways I can help keep myself feeling ready to tackle the process, one that I’ve been relying on most recently is reading fitness and weight loss blogs. Connecting with real people who have experienced the same feelings and struggles I have helps me feel like this is achievable and I totally got this! Today, I’m sharing with you my favorite fitness blogs you should be following.

Livy Love is written by a long-time blogging friend of mine, Diana. She lost over 100 pounds dieting and exercising and shared her journey via Instagram and on her blog. She is a busy mom like me and often shares her struggles with staying motivated to workout and healthy (delicious!) recipes.

Authentically Emmie is a fabulously body positive woman. She shares her fitness journey, but also embraces her body as it is. She is beautiful and powerful and fierce.

I’ve talked a little about Blogilaties before, but Cassey is great. She shares tons of great fitness tips, workout calendars, and recipes. Her blog is a daily visit for me and helps keep me motivated and positive.
