This week, I am beginning a new eating program to get myself back on track after the holidays. I’m looking forward to beginning an adventure in changing my habits and lifestyle with better-for-me treat choices. I have a serious sweet tooth and I know if I don’t allow myself to indulge once in awhile or find an alternative treat, I’ll be setting myself up for failure.
