My Three Favorite Medifast Meals

Medifast has quite a few meals on plan that taste just as good as if I made them from scratch. One of the reasons I love the program is because most of the food doesn’t taste like diet food. It’s genuinely tasty stuff! I’m not going to lie, there are a few options I steer clear of, but for the most part the options are all yummy and offer craving satisfaction, which I struggle with. These are my three favorite Medifast meals and I’d recommend you add them to your next food order while you’re on the program.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chewy Bar

I pretty much love all of the Medifast bars because they’re so easy to grab and go. I’m busy and since I’m hypoglycemic, I need to ensure I have food on hand at all times. These bars are easy to stash in my purse and eat on the go. The Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Chewy Bar is my favorite because it’s like getting to eat a candy bar! It satisfies my sweet cravings, but since it’s on plan I get to skip the guilt.

Ziti Marinara

My favorite lunch is the Ziti Marinara because pasta is one of the things I miss most when I’m on the Medifast plan. The Ziti Marinara is tasty and sometimes I’ll sprinkle on just a tablespoon of fresh grated parmesan cheese as a healthy condiment. I don’t usually get to enjoy a hot lunch, so this is always a delicious change of pace for me.

Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal

Favorite breakfast ever. I sweeten it slightly with stevia und usually cut a banana or a couple of strawberries over the top. It tastes just like it would if I made it from scratch. The oatmeal keeps me feeling full all morning, sometimes I don’t even want my next snack or forget I need to eat one because I’m so satisfied.
