While I love my Medifast desserts, sometimes I like to switch things up. It’s hard to stay on track and an occasional indulgence actually encourages me to keep going at my weight loss. Often times, knowing you have a little cheat day to look forward to can help motivate you to stay the course and on plan, but for the days when your willpower is waning and you need something to satisfy your cravings, an off-plan dessert is okay. Just try to keep it a healthy option like a bowl of fruit or one of these creative recipes I’ve discovered during my journey. These healthy desserts are some alternatives to veer off plan a little without totally throwing you off track.
