The Struggle is Real, My Natural Sleep Solution for Mom-Brain

As someone who struggles with anxiety and stress, my sleep routine is constantly effected. When everyone is in bed and I should be relaxing, I end up going over the day’s event in my head…then what’s on schedule for tomorrow…then what I need to make meal-wise…then if I have to go to the store…if Evelyn’s cough is going to turn into a cold…don’t forget to turn in lunch money for Collin tomorrow…did Jacob get to work safe…and by my 5th round of Candy Crush it’s 3AM. For me, this is a real struggle and it can effect my work, my energy, and my clarity.

Recently, I tried RESCUE products not only as a natural sleep solution, but to also help ease my anxiety so I can clear my mind for sleep each night. As a health-conscious worrier, it only made sense for me to try something homeopathic. And RESCUE was developed by a doctor to be gentle, safe, and offer zero side effects. They make a variety of products for adults and children (even pets!) to aid with stress relief and even skincare.

With RESCUE and a few adjustments to my nighttime routine, I’ve been sleeping as good as my kiddos do and waking up without any groggy feeling (in fact more energized!). For me, bedtime starts with taking my RESCUE Liquid Sleep Melts before wiping off my makeup. Next, I coat my body in rich and luxurious lotion to moisturize my skin all night. Lastly, I settle in with a good book and try to stay away from my phone screen. Within minutes, I’m heavy eyed and ready to enjoy a full night’s slumber.

If you’re interested in trying RESCUE products, be sure to head over to the RESCUE site to claim your BOGO coupon.

How do you relax at night and turn off Mom-brain for a full night’s sleep? I’d love to hear you ways to de-stress in the comments below.
