With mobile phone plan prices ever-rising, we all feel the strain on our wallets. Especially when trying to switch providers and you get slammed with a massive deposit requirement on top of the costs of a new phone. If you\u2019re looking for ways to cut your cell phone bill down without having to come out of pocket for loads of cash, I\u2019d recommend Walmart Family Mobile. I recently purchased the LG L90 for $99.82 (WAS $179.88) because every single month our data alerts go off that we\u2019ve reached our limit. My husband and I are both musical people who live in a rural area, read: no radio stations. We use our phones for music with apps like Pandora and Spotify. After doing the math, it was actually cheaper for us to get a new phone through Walmart Family mobile rather than add additional data to our existing plan! Isn\u2019t that just wild?<\/p>\n

In the spirit of saving money, I created an inexpensive DIY phone case that can be personalized on my every whim. I\u2019m constantly wanting new phone case designs and loved this simple idea for being able to swap out designs for holidays, events, or just for a new pretty pattern.<\/p>\n

To start, you\u2019ll need a clear phone case. I prefer the hard plastic cases since they are easier to keep the paper in.<\/p>\n

Next, use your case and trace the outline onto a piece of patterned paper of your choosing.<\/p>\n

Use a very sharp crafting knife to cut out your pattern.<\/p>\n

Slip it into the case and then on to your phone.<\/p>\n

You can create several designs at once and save them in your desk or crafting area for an easy swap anytime you want!<\/p>\n

The LG L90 allows us to listen to music without stressing about how much data we consume. Since it uses 4G LTE data, we aren\u2019t sacrificing any speed, either. Walmart Family Mobile service is $29.88\/month (for the first line) Unlimited Talk, Text & Data service plan which includes up to 500MB of 4G LTE data.
