While I&#8217;ve found several ways I can help keep myself feeling ready to tackle the process, one that I&#8217;ve been relying on most recently is reading fitness and weight loss blogs. Connecting with real people who have experienced the same feelings and struggles I have helps me feel like this<strong><em> is<\/em> <\/strong>achievable and I totally <em>got this<\/em>! Today, I&#8217;m sharing with you my favorite fitness blogs you should be following.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_self\" href=\"http:\/\/www.livylove.com\/\">Livy Love<\/a> is written by a long-time blogging friend of mine, Diana. She lost over 100 pounds dieting and exercising and shared her journey via Instagram and on her blog.
