We’ve got a couple of upcoming family road trips this month which means husband and I both need to ensure our cars are in tip top shape and properly maintained before we embark on any summer adventures. With five kiddos to pack for, a dog to kennel, and myself to organize saving as much time as I can is essential so ordering the Pennzoil motor oil we need online at Walmart.com is such a handy time saver for me. SUPPLIES
- cork board
- scissors
- craft glue
- fabric
- foam brush
I traced a water bottle onto the cork for a template and trimmed out the circles for both cup holders.
Using the same template, I cut out my fabric, giving about an inch of extra space all round to tuck underneath.
Next I added a coat of craft glue to the surface of the cork.
And gently placed my fabric over the top, wrapping the edges around underneath.
I let everything dry overnight.
Once dry, I was able to slide each coaster in for a perfect fit! Cup sweat dribble no more thanks to these handy absorbent cork coasters. Plus they add some fun personality to my car in addition to being functional.
